By downloading, installing, or using the Selah mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App.

Selah is operated by Selah App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the App and all related services.

Selah is a daily Bible-based reflection app designed to help you pause, reflect, and grow spiritually. Our service includes:

• Daily curated Bible verses matched to your life season
• Guided reflection prompts and journaling features
• Personal reflection history and insights
• Optional premium features through Selah Pro

To access certain features of Selah, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free and Pro Tiers

Selah offers both free and premium (Selah Pro) subscription options. The free tier provides core features, while Selah Pro unlocks additional capabilities.

Billing

Selah Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next billing cycle.

You agree not to use Selah to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

All content, features, and functionality of Selah—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software—are the exclusive property of Selah App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible verses included in the App are sourced from various translations and are used in accordance with their respective licenses and fair use provisions.

Your personal reflections and journal entries remain your property. By using Selah, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to you within the App.

You retain ownership of any content you create within Selah, including personal reflections and notes. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

We do not claim ownership of your personal content, and we will not share your private reflections without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Selah is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

Selah is a spiritual reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selah App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selah App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Selah at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of Selah after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
